Flock Safety is hiring a Copywriter to shape our brand across every touchpoint, from social posts to customer stories. You’ll translate complex technology into clear narratives that drive awareness, action, and trust.
What You’ll Do:
- Write cross-channel copy (social, email, web, ads, video scripts, etc.).
- Translate product and customer proof into compelling narratives.
- Partner with Marketing to concept campaigns and build copy frameworks.
- Interview SMEs and customers to develop insights.
- Write responsibly for a high-stakes category.
- Optimize for performance (SEO, A/B testing).
- Systematize speed and quality with briefs and style guidance.
- Measure impact with Marketing partners.
The Skillset:
- 5+ years professional copywriting (tech/agency experience preferred).
- Proven cross-platform range (short/long-form, brand/product, paid/organic).
- Exceptional fundamentals in voice, structure, rhythm, and headlines.
- High-velocity production and editorial rigor.
- Performance fluency (SEO, experimentation).
- Collaboration skills.
- Tools: Project tools (Asana) and POV on AI-assist.
- Portfolio required.
90 Days at Flock:
- First 30 Days: Deep-dive into Flock’s voice and deliver quick wins.
- First 60 Days: Take ownership of a campaign stream.
- First 90 Days: Operate as a go-to copy lead and mentor partners.
