ServiceNow is seeking a passionate and driven MBA intern to join our Corporate Development team for the summer to drive ServiceNow’s overall inorganic growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities
- Drive market research and competitive analysis on industry trends
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses and conduct due diligence
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leaders
- Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the deal execution process
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program, graduating between December 2026 and Spring 2027
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a similar role at a technology company
- Ability to perform rigorous quantitative analyses, financial modeling, and valuation
- Effective communicator
- Collaborative team player and independent thinker
- Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/SaaS industry
- Experience in leveraging AI in work processes
