• Entity Formation & Structuring: Supporting startups, joint ventures, and emerging companies on formation and capitalization.
• Private Equity & Venture Capital: Representing investors and portfolio companies in funding rounds and secondary transactions.
• Commercial Financing: Assisting with debt and equity finance, convertible instruments, and credit facilities.
• General Corporate Counsel: Serving as outside counsel for operational, transactional, and strategic legal needs.
