Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage board packages and materials to support Board of Directors meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of paperwork related to corporate transactions and acquisitions.
- E-file and execute all necessary documents.
- Ensure all corporate proceedings are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Work closely with legal and management teams to support all aspects of corporate governance and transactions.
Qualification:
- Previous work experience as a corporate paralegal.
- Familiarity with board work.
- Knowledge of legal/management procedures.
