Role Overview:
This hands-on role requires strategic vision, outstanding creative, and technical execution.
- Develop and execute creative cross-channel consumer ad campaigns and internal product campaigns that drive measurable engagement.
- Adapt creative concepts to align with the creative brand standards of Fortune 100 consumer brands.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure creative efforts drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with developers, writers, and other designers to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns.
- Use email automation platforms and/or hand-code responsive HTML/CSS for email campaigns.
- Design WordPress pages, including theme customization and content updates.
- Proofread and QA all creative outputs.
- Utilize photography, animation, and video editing to enhance campaign assets.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet high standards for quality, consistency, and functionality.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in a creative lead role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design and technical execution.
- Proficient hands-on commercial experience in consumer product and campaign design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset.
- Design degree and/or applicable equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience creating and delivering responsive HTML emails.
- Proficiency in WordPress, including building and customizing themes.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Figma).
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace.
- Photography, animation, and video editing skills are a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
