Contractor Creative Filmmaker / Content Creator

We’re seeking a resourceful, one-person filmmaking powerhouse who can work efficiently and produce high-quality video content on demand.

Responsibilities:

• Come up with interesting video ideas.
• Shoot short-form video clips and write instructions.
• Execute simple edits for quick turnaround delivery.
• Bring a creative eye to every project.
• Collaborate closely with our team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a filmmaker.
• Demonstrated ability to shoot compelling video (portfolio or reel required).
• Basic editing skills in any standard software (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
• Creative problem-solver who can adapt to different environments and challenges.

Ideal Candidate:

• A self-starter who loves to create.
• Light on their feet, with the ability to produce high-quality work in short timeframes.
• Excited to experiment, innovate, and deliver fresh visual ideas.

Up to 40 hours of work available per week. Fully remote and asynchronous.

Pay and legal status:

You will be legally classified as an hourly contractor for Mercor. We will pay you at the end of each week via Stripe Connect.
