Maricich Health is seeking a remote Creative freelancer with extensive experience in healthcare.
We are looking for specialists who deeply understand the healthcare industry.
Whether you're available for short-term or long-term projects, this role is ideal for independent creative professionals passionate about healthcare marketing and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization & Strategy: Conceive and implement creative concepts, guidelines, and strategies for various healthcare advertising projects. Oversee projects from initial idea to execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives.
- Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work closely with account executives to understand client requirements and translate them into innovative healthcare-focused creative solutions. Direct and motivate teams of art directors, designers, illustrators, and copywriters, ensuring efficient use of creative talents.
- Brainstorming & Ideation: Lead brainstorming and creative strategy sessions to generate fresh ideas tailored for healthcare audiences. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages bold, strategic creativity.
- Copywriting & Design: Write and design unique, well-crafted copy that aligns with the brand and meets clients’ healthcare marketing needs. Ensure all visual and written content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Content Review & Strategic Feedback: Review creative work and presentations, offering constructive feedback to enhance quality and strategic impact. Approve or refine creative ideas based on industry relevance, brand alignment, and advertising excellence.
- Professional Growth & Networking: Stay engaged with healthcare industry trends and design innovations, expanding your professional network for future projects. Provide mentorship and expertise to elevate creative standards within the healthcare advertising space.
Must have:
- Strong expertise in healthcare marketing and design
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare-specific branding, marketing, and creative direction
- Extensive understanding of healthcare advertising strategies, patient communication, and brand messaging best practices
- Strong expertise in marketing communications across digital, print, and multimedia platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and complementary design tools
- Excellent typography, layout, branding, and healthcare-specific design expertise
- Passion for healthcare – creating designs that foster trust, engagement, and accessibility
