About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Creative Lead — a sharp, strategic thinker who knows how to turn insights into scroll-stopping ideas. You’ll lead the creative process from concept to execution, quarterbacking a team of designers, editors, and marketers to deliver high-converting paid social campaigns. Your superpower? Writing killer briefs, giving actionable feedback, and translating brand strategy into content that performs.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Creative Strategy & CopywritingWrite direct-response optimized copy and creative briefs for ads, landing pages, and creator shoots. (This is your most critical function.) Ensure every creative aligns with performance goals and brand tone of voice. Translate strategy into actionable direction that drives conversions.
  • Creative LeadershipLead and mentor designers, editors, and marketers — provide feedback that’s both clear and empowering. Oversee creative output across multiple DTC brands, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance alignment. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Content Production ManagementShip briefs and manage content production through marketplaces and creator relationships. Handle the end-to-end process: briefing creators, coordinating product shipments, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring timely execution. Maintain a steady rhythm of testing new creatives, reviewing performance, and iterating fast.
  • Performance & InsightsPartner with strategists to review performance data and translate insights into creative actions. Continuously refine concepts and messaging based on what’s converting.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Must-Have:
  • 3+ years as a Creative Director, Creative Lead, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, visual communication, design, or a related field
  • Proven experience crafting high-converting ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills — you speak fluent “marketing”
  • Sharp aesthetic sense and strong attention to detail
  • Strong grasp of DTC principles and what drives consumer action
