Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant private workspace at home
- Engage with individuals over the phone
- Build rapport and foster client engagement
- Assess and mitigate risk
- Provide resources, information, and referrals
- Assist callers in identifying positive coping strategies
- Intervene during emergencies
- Stay calm, professional, and focused
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services
