AJ Bell is seeking a Senior CRM Data Executive to join their Direct-to-Consumer Marketing team on a contract basis. This role is crucial for driving customer growth and increasing customer value through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven campaigns for specific customer segments.
- Act as a Bloomreach expert and build relationships with the vendor, ensuring optimal platform utilization across channels.
- Generate regular campaign and automation program reports to understand performance and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand annual campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Generate comprehensive campaign reports using Bloomreach and other marketing tools.
- Utilize workflow and automation functions to minimize manual processes (long-term goal: 80% automation).
- Manage, execute, and track marketing activity in CRM channels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (including consumer duty).
Competencies and Skills:
- 3+ years of CRM experience in an omnichannel business.
- Strong analytical skills (SQL preferred).
- Experience with Bloomreach or similar customer marketing platforms.
- Proven experience in email marketing campaign delivery.
- Understanding of customer data, including permissions, data protection (GDPR), and segmentation.
