Job Details
You will play a key role in supporting the creation and continuous improvement of health sciences curricula. In collaboration with multiple stakeholders, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality courses that align with student and faculty needs and achieve course and program outcomes. You will assist in coordinating resources to help ensure courses are consistent and well-designed. Acting as a curriculum resource and subject-matter partner, you will support initiatives, promote evaluation, and contribute to the assessment of curriculum outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Supports goals and project plan for each course. Manages multiple projects, monitoring progress to ensure courses are delivered on time and with quality.
- Assessment: Uses best practices to design appropriate assessments that evaluate student learning and course outcomes. Analyzes data sources to lead appropriate improvements.
- Curriculum Development & Course Design: Participates in course development and improvement, adhering to a systematic development process. Maintains curriculum maps.
- Leadership: Maintains programmatic accreditation requirements. Maintains currency in practice and curriculum knowledge.
