Job Details
You will be primarily responsible for creating and improving health sciences curricula. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders leading in the development and maintenance of best-in-class courses. You will direct resources to create and maintain fully standardized courses with best-in-class course materials.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Supports comprehensive goals and project plan for each course being developed.
- Manages multiple course development projects.
- Identifies and engages appropriate faculty SMEs.
- Participates in final stage quality assurance procedures.
- Assessment: Uses best practices to design appropriate assessments.
- Analyzes multiple data sources and interprets data to lead appropriate improvements.
- Conducts/engages in research in consultation with external teams.
- Curriculum Development & Course Design: Participates in course development and improvement.
- Maintains curriculum maps and levels the following curricular elements.
- Writes assigned course content within required timeframes.
- Leadership: Maintains programmatic accreditation requirements.
- Maintains currency in practice and curriculum knowledge.
