This is a consulting role.As a consultant with VOSKER, you’ll play a key role in supporting our strategic growth initiatives and helping us achieve our commercial objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure we stay on track with our business goals.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES

  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts aligned with VOSKER’s growth and success
  • Develop and execute a sales business plan, including trade spend management, promotional targets, and distribution goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and proactively address issues to meet targets
  • Design and implement effective trade promotion strategies with key customers
  • Manage and optimize the customer’s business plan: trade budget, spend efficiency, volume objectives
  • Evaluate promotional activities to improve return on investment (ROI)
  • Own the strategic account plan based on internal goals and market dynamics

THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER:

  • 5+ years as a sales leader with a proven track record of delivering business results, within the CPG industry
  • Managing P&L and trade spend experience is required
  • Effective communication, negotiation and strong leadership skills are required to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization and externally to customers
  • Proficient in gathering data and storytelling to deliver actionable insights
  • Advanced computer skills, specifically with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP and Power BI is an asset
  • Completion of a university degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Solid hands-on experience in an analytical role, previous experience in a financial analysis or a planning role
  • Be creative and have a facility for proposing legal solutions that support the company’s growth
  • Be motivated and passionate about excellence, innovation and contributing to the company’s growth and success
