We are looking for an ambitious Customer Development Representative working part-time (60-75 %).
As a remote-first company, our team works from across Europe. Ideally, you should be based in Italy.
Your Responsibilities
- Research and identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.
- Initiate contact with new stakeholders and communicate the value of our solutions.
- Identify needs and challenges of stakeholders and improve outreach tools.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and advise on growth opportunities.
- Develop growth strategies and share insights from your research.
- Assist in creating tailored proposals.
What You Bring
- Initial experience in Customer Development, Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust.
- Hands-on and self-reliant approach.
- Hunter mindset with ability to engage stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English, Italian & French.
