About the Role: As a Customer Experience Intern, you will play a key role in helping our customers succeed through various projects related to our SentinelOne Customer Portal and Community.

What will you do?

  • Ensure SentinelOne is portrayed positively as a provider of reliable, effective, and scalable security solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience team members for customer success.
  • Assist other members of the Customer Success organization.
  • Help facilitate content for Community posts, questions, and discussions.
  • Participate in Community events and webinars to enhance user experience.
  • Assist in testing different use cases in our Community sandbox environment.
  • Review analytics related to our Community and generate monthly reports.
  • Provide ongoing support to Community-related items (announcement pages, blog feeds, etc.).
  • Assist in creating one-pagers, data-sheets, videos for external and internal consumption.
  • Ensure projects meet documentation quality, usability, and utility standards.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time degree-seeking program with a 2026 expected graduation date.
  • Some exposure to Salesforce Communities.
  • Interest in content creation, video editing, and content enablement.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and confident communicator.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 9 weeks (June 23 - August 22, 2025)
  • Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Hourly rate: $25/hour
  • Base Salary Range: $25 - $25 USD (varies by location)
