We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions.
- Use tools to document and resolve customer needs.
- Follow established protocols for communication and case handling.
- Participate in required certification courses.
- Deliver service in a professional manner.
- Maintain performance targets.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
