Temporary Customer Service Representative

Minted is a design marketplace sourcing creative content from independent artists globally. We're hiring Customer Service Representatives for the holiday season. CSRs will provide outstanding service to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. Reporting to a supervisor, CSRs will use problem-solving and people skills to address customer questions.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to calls, emails, and live chats.
• Resolve customer concerns empathetically and accurately.
• Provide support on products, promotions, and order information.
• Assist with order processing and design customization.
• Escalate priority issues.
• Document interactions in our CRM, following departmental policies.
• Use support tools and training (knowledge base) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Meet quality and productivity KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (premium brand preferred).
• High attention to detail; organized.
• Comfortable with technology, including CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends.

Compensation: $17.61 - $23.12/hour (varies by location).
