Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing support with airbag recalls, warranty questions, and technical troubleshooting. This is a high-impact role where your communication skills and attention to detail will help ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 30–40 inbound calls per shift with professionalism and empathy.
  • Schedule appointments for airbag recall services and provide dealership information.
  • Assist customers with warranty inquiries, radio code troubleshooting, and recall details.
  • Accurately document customer concerns and create support cases.
  • Resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate department for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to share feedback and grow together.
  • Use multiple screens and software tools to efficiently manage customer interactions.

What You Bring:

  • Strong customer service and call center experience.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and type at least 30 WPM.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Automotive or dealership experience is a huge plus (preferred but not required).
  • College degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is welcome.
