Zola is seeking enthusiastic, organized, and empathetic individuals for Customer Support Representative positions. You will assist newly engaged and married couples with their wedding planning, and also support wedding guests, families, and friends.
POSITION HOURS: 40 hours per week, Sunday-Thursday daytime shift. This is a 6-month temporary contract with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls (30-50 per day).
- Meet productivity expectations (minimum 7 contacts/hour, 90% CSAT).
- Provide quick response times to customer inquiries.
- Effectively de-escalate dissatisfied customers.
- Provide product education and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other agents to identify and resolve customer pain points.
- Use technology and creativity to enhance customer experience.
- Offer empathy and support as couples navigate the stressful, yet joyful, wedding planning process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a call center, e-commerce, customer service, retail, hospitality, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written English fluency.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure.
- Empathetic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills (navigate multiple tabs, learn new programs quickly).
- Experience with Mac software preferred.
- Ability to professionally represent Zola while handling customer interactions.
Salary: $20/hour
