The Job:
We are seeking a part-time Cybersecurity Support Technician to join our team to assist in protecting the organization's tech stack and sensitive information by analyzing overall security risks, implementing appropriate security measures, and creating procedures for employees to follow in order to maintain a strong security posture.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement an enterprise information security strategy
- Define, plan, implement, and maintain security policies and controls.
- Monitor for vulnerabilities and risks in existing software and access configurations.
- Create guidelines and instructions for access control, configuration management, and protecting PII.
- Stay current on the latest technology and best practices in information security.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or training program focused on Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Sound understanding of basic cybersecurity and common threats and vulnerabilities is required.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of cloud-based applications and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fully remote capacity.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
