Role Overview: Data Analyst focused on lead enrichment, automation, and CRM data operations. Support Revenue and RevOps teams, ensuring clean, structured, high-quality prospect data in CRM. Implement and manage no-code enrichment workflows, targeted data initiatives, analytical insights for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Enrichment & Automation: Identify and enrich leads (Clay, Surfe, Apollo, Zeliq, etc.), execute targeted campaigns.
- CRM & Data Operations: Maintain CRM hygiene (data deduplication, standardization, enrichment in HubSpot), seamless integration and sync, support lead scoring, routing logic.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze lead data quality and campaign outcomes, identify trends and patterns, refine ICP targeting, document workflows.
- Collaboration: Cross-functional collaboration with SDRs, AEs, and RevOps to align data strategy.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills, lead/campaign data insights.
- HubSpot or comparable CRM experience.
- Solid spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Fluent English, excellent written communication.
Preferred:
- SQL knowledge for querying/validation.
- HubSpot workflows, custom properties, and automation.
- B2B SaaS or retail tech experience.
- Enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Zeliq, Surfe, etc.) proficiency.
