Description:
- Operate computers to identify relevant data and input into system databases. May undertake more complex tasks where necessary Type in data required to process information.
- Retrieve, confirm and update data in storage. Maintain records of data input related to contracts.
- Observe data and identify correct information based on provided criteria and procedures and make changes as instructed. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline.
- The technical procedures for this role are well defined.
- The job is expected to follow detailed and defined rules / instructions and to make simple judgement in straightforward situations. There is a preference for experience working with identifying data/data entry and/or working in an ERP system, but experience is not required.
