We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry of data management, located in Mukilteo, Washington, United States. We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and addressing customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer applications in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of customer data
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Utilize Quickbooks Online for data entry and other tasks
• Manage credits and debits in customer accounts
• Review and process bank statements
• Ensure all data entered is accurate and complete
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Requirements
• Proven proficiency in the use of Quickbooks Online
• Previous experience in a Data Entry Clerk role or similar
• Demonstrated ability to input and manage data with accuracy
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
