Job Details
We are searching for a Data Management Assistant to join our Data Management team. This is a work from home position, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights and weekends.
Under the supervision of the Team Lead, you will be responsible for phone/online research, and data collection. This position may based in Illinois and Arizona.
In this role, you will play an important role in our business function, thus we are seeking only those candidates with an interest in working hard, while gaining valuable business experience and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Phone/online research
- Data collection
Requirements:
- Provide your own desktop computer or laptop and internet connectivity in a private, secure environment (Tablets are not acceptable)
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. Up to 29 hours available.
- Expertise using the internet as a research tool and computer savvy
- Previous experience in data entry or adjacent role
- Professional, ambitious, adaptable and hard-working: attention to detail a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline-oriented
- Excellent telephone and customer-service skills (comfortable cold-calling)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Publisher & Excel
- Strong understanding of food, beverage & restaurant industry: especially classifications and types
- General understand of menu structure
- Foodservice experience a plus
