Data Operations Specialist - This is a contract position. This is an onsite opportunity located in Menlo Park, CA.

Are you passionate about data operations and want to contribute to the seamless execution of marketing and CRM systems? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist who thrives in technical environments. This role will be instrumental in ensuring clean, accurate, and reliable data flows for marketing, segmentation, and reporting, using tools like Hive, SQL, Python, and Tableau.

1. Build and maintain Hive tables, SQL queries, and data models for marketing and CRM workflows.
2. Support audience segmentation, customer targeting, campaign enablement, and measurement through hands-on data work.
3. Own the execution and delivery of data requests — from new table builds to data fixes and validation.
4. Troubleshoot data issues across systems and workflows, collaborating with Engineering and MarTech teams as needed.
5. Perform data validation, QA, and hygiene to ensure data accuracy and consistency across datasets.
6. Help document data flows, schemas, and transformations for cross-functional reference and enablement.
7. Participate in privacy review processes to ensure compliant data handling and documentation.
