Contractor Data Product Manager

We are seeking a MarTech Data Product Owner to support a Fortune 100 financial services client's digital transformation.

This role will play a vital role in supporting technological advancements and product implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Interact and collaborate with stakeholders on key product considerations.
• Leverage customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs for the product team and ensure alignment with senior leadership.
• Create and maintain product documentation (customer journey maps, technical specs, etc.).
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements (security, availability).
• Own the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and roadmap features.
• Build and prioritize the product backlog.
• Hold meetings to update the product backlog.
• Ensure alignment with compliance and risk management standards.
• Maintain product quality, including releasing security patches.
• Create and validate user story acceptance criteria.
• Define and ensure appropriate testing frameworks.
• Work with data stewards to implement data quality controls.
• Inspect and evaluate product progress through iterations.
• Partner with business technology to create technical features.
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership within the product team.
• Manage dependencies with cross-functional teams and build strategic partnerships.
