As a Data Scientist, you'll transform data into powerful insights for decision-making.
You'll collaborate with clients, frame business needs as statistical problems, and solve them with cutting-edge methodologies.
Work within a diverse team of machine learning engineers, data engineers, analysts, and technical project managers.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and deploy new programming languages, algorithms, and applications.
- Quantify the value of data and provide development roadmaps.
- Model machine learning techniques in Python, SQL, and/or R.
- Explore opportunities in data engineering and visualization.
- Build customer satisfaction models for detailed insight into customer actions.
- Research and design statistical models to answer questions, optimize processes, and inform decisions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of strong Python experience
- 2+ years of experience developing and deploying Computer Vision models at scale
- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience building statistical models
- Knowledge of statistics and machine learning techniques
- Experience building data pipelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline
- Experience in the utilities industry
- Consulting experience
