Correlation One is looking for Data Skills Coaches to join our team. This role includes both lecture support and non-lecture support, covering programs in August, September, and October.
Responsibilities for Lecture Support:
- Attend live lectures and support the training program.
- Provide "Drop-In Office Hours" weekly.
- Attend TA weekly meetings.
- Respond to learner messages and conduct follow-ups.
- Be available for 1:1 office hours with assigned learners.
- Grade learners' deliverables.
- Work with fellow instructors and the Correlation One team to improve the learner experience.
- Monitor Slack channels and answer learner questions.
- Review materials for the week.
- Contribute to course design improvement.
- Submit weekly write-ups summarizing accomplishments and challenges.
- Monitor technical issues with learners' access to the training platform.
- Hold individual office hours via Zoom weekly with learners to assist in capstone projects.
Responsibilities for Non-Lecture Support:
- Support learners in identifying and solving real business problems using data analytics.
- Monitor Slack channels and answer learner questions.
- Provide individual office hours via Zoom weekly.
- Contribute to course design improvement.
- Submit weekly write-ups summarizing accomplishments and challenges.
Expertise Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, and data visualization.
- Experience with B2C/Retail or Consumer Products.
- Weekday and weekend availability.
- Previous learner support experience, preferably in a remote environment.
