The Role
We’re hiring a temporary Deal Desk Associate to support our Sales team by handling routine deal processing tasks. This role is focused on following established processes — no need for strategic decision-making. You'll help ensure that quotes, contracts, and purchase orders are accurate, compliant, and completed on time.
Deal Desk Associate (Temporary)
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Reports to: Revenue Operations and Deal Desk Manager
What You’ll Do
- Review quotes and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
- Follow standard procedures to ensure deals meet internal requirements
- Enter and update deal information in Salesforce
- Route documents for approvals using existing workflows
- Work with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve basic issues or missing information
- Support end-of-month and end-of-quarter deal processing as needed
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in sales support, deal desk, or administrative roles (SaaS experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and quoting tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow defined processes and meet deadlines
- Clear written communication skills and comfort working in a remote setting
Compensation & Benefits
