Job Details
As a Team Leader at Ward Law Group, you will manage a team of Demand Specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Demand Specialists and their KPIs.
- Assign cases daily.
- Approve demand packages after corrections.
- Conduct provider meetings.
- Perform weekly case audits.
- Conduct weekly call audits.
- Handle escalation calls.
- Analyze KPIs and provide feedback.
- Create Action Plans and write-ups.
- Attend Manager/Team Lead Meetings.
- Ensure SOPs and training videos are current.
- Review profiles and conduct interviews.
- Provide training to new hires.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a supervisory/team leader role (legal experience preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Consistently on time and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in computers and software.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Keen eye for detail.
