Full-Time Desenvolvedor(a) Mobile Flutter Pleno

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of features in mobile applications using Flutter.
• Participate in the definition of architecture and good development practices.
• Perform code reviews and support less experienced developers.
• Ensure software quality through automated tests and continuous validations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (design, product, backend) to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Identify and propose technical and functional improvements to existing products.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Flutter and Dart, including state management, navigation, and good architectural practices.
• Mastery of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
• Experience with version control using Git (branches, pull requests, merge strategies).
• Advanced integration with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data manipulation.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive layout for different devices.
• Familiarity with unit and widget testing in Flutter.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions) and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift) development.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Clarity.
• Experience with Docker and application containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Participation in projects published in stores (Google Play / App Store).
• Contributions to open source projects or the Flutter community.
