Contractor Designer & Copywriter

Our client, a luxury real estate firm and property management company in California, is seeking a talented Designer & Copywriter.

In this dynamic role, you'll combine creative design skills with compelling copywriting to develop impactful marketing materials and communications across various platforms.

• Create visually appealing designs and engaging copy for marketing materials, digital content, and brand communications.
• Conceptualize and execute creative solutions aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for marketing channels (websites, social media, print).
• Design and develop visual assets for digital and print campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing team for consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Present design concepts and copy recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay current with design trends and copywriting best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of combined experience in design and copywriting.
• Proven portfolio showcasing both design work and copywriting samples.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong typography and layout skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Experience in developing and maintaining brand voice across various platforms.
• Ability to create content for different digital and print channels.
• Understanding of marketing principles and current design trends.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Strong collaborative abilities and effective communication skills.
• Experience with social media content creation and strategy.
• Experience with BoldTrail and/or real estate industry experience (preferred).
