We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded technically oriented skill set to join the Digital Marketing team as a Spring 2025 Intern. The ideal person will be a flexible strategic thinker with a desire to learn how to apply marketing strategies to an array of digital campaigns. We look for flexibility, attention to detail, fresh perspective, and the ability to execute at a high level.
As an intern, you will take on a variety of technical and creative tasks across digital channels, leveraging and challenging your existing capabilities and experience. You will establish a solid understanding of marketing objectives and apply your knowledge to develop targeted campaigns reaching the right person at the right time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Update and create content on the J.S. Held website using Craft CMS.
- Support creation of targeted audiences for social and email campaigns (LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Delivra).
- Collect and report on campaign results (performance analytics & analysis using Excel, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4).
- Create unique analytics dashboards on GA4 to track and analyze user engagement across the website from campaigns for quarterly reporting.
- Provide keyword analysis and campaign optimization support on Google Ads to improve international campaigns.
- Create graphics on Adobe Illustrator for national and localized campaigns, ensuring best practices.
- Actively participate in virtual team meetings, taking notes and asking questions.
- Provide feedback and reviews of drafted marketing communications.
- Leverage all communication platforms (Asana, Outlook, Microsoft Teams) to collaborate.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Basic graphic design skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new digital marketing trends and technologies
