The responsibilities of a Digital Customer Success Manager - Scaled are:
Digital Scaled CSM goals: Manage and renew existing customers with Renaissance Learning products and services via digital and direct engagement.
Responsibilities: Renew contracts, respond to customer requests (e.g., quote adjustments, usage reports).
Teamwork: Collaboration essential for driving customer success and achieving renewal goals.
Crucial Functions and Activities:
- Time Allocation:
- 70% - Outbound Communication: Contacting customers, ensuring correct contact info, confirming renewals.
- 30% - Inbound Communication: Responding to customer requests, processing quotes and internal documentation.
Sales Functions & Responsibilities:
- Accountability for achieving renewal and weekly communication targets.
- Represent Renaissance to customers by delivering proposals, quotes, and resolving concerns/issues.
Team and Data Functions & Responsibilities:
- Using the sales process to close opportunities and subscriptions.
- Managing customer accounts, contacts, leads, and data in CRM.
- Supporting territories, working with internal partners.
- Communicating effectively, working towards results as a team.
- Defining actions and steps for each team member.
- Working with sales teams and internal partners to improve efficiencies, retention, and sales results.
Market Functions & Responsibilities:
- Objection handling and churn prevention.
Open Positions:
- 1 in the West (Pacific/Mountain Time Zones)
- 2 in the East (Central or Eastern Time Zones)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting SaaS technologies within education.
- Experience with/knowledge of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Salary: $28/hr
