Primary Function of Position The Digital Solutions Manager (DSM) will lead the execution of current and future digital strategies. Managing, building, and developing the Digital Solutions business development team, leading projects and programs. The DSM will administer, organize, execute, and drive adoption of Intuitive’s digital solutions. Collaborating with customers, marketing, sales, and other core Intuitive teams is essential.
Essential Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and manage the Digital Solutions business development team.
- Develop and implement activities to increase digital solution adoption and utilization.
- Establish daily and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead engagements, and opportunities.
- Host/facilitate process execution cycles for recurring processes.
- Triage responsibilities between internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and lead change management and adoption implementation, including training.
- Solicit customer and cross-functional feedback.
- Monitor and report project status.
- Manage administrative tasks: reporting, support activities, expense reports.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in business development, 2 in management.
- Medical or software business development experience preferred.
- 2+ years leading projects.
- Experience developing key customers, strategic accounts, and/or IDNs a plus.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong customer and leadership influencing skills.
- Excellent time management and organization.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Working Conditions
- Flexible/dynamic schedule.
- Remote work with field selling required (up to 75%).
- Travel (short notice): Up to 75%.
- Able to enter surgical and other patient care areas.
- Able to lift 60 lbs.
