Job Details
Customer Engagement Manager will engage and grow business relationships with existing accounts. Focuses on growing CloudMoyo's services business (Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, Application Development, Managed Services), and product implementations (CloudMoyo's products and Icertis platform). Manages opportunities from prospecting to closing by applying sales process expertise.
Develops relationships with key decision-makers and enables clients' enterprise modernization journey.
Responsibilities Include:
- Driving revenue growth in Services.
- Upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts.
- Achieving revenue targets and account commitments.
- Communicating value proposition and differentiated solutions.
- Developing sales strategies and plans.
- Creating accurate account and opportunity plans.
- Strategically identifying and solving client issues.
- Navigating client organizations, identifying key decision-makers, and interacting with various levels.
- Collaborating with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams for sales proposals and campaigns.
- Nurturing client relationships and building trust.
- Tracking project delivery, highlighting and mitigating risks.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of selling experience in top consulting/IT services firms.
- Experience growing existing services business (Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, Application Development, Managed Services).
- Understanding of business problems solved by relevant software for CPO, CLO, CIO, and CFO.
- Understanding of associated business processes end-to-end.
- Articulation of integration and data optimization for business processes.
- Knowledge of key KPIs/outcomes for target personas.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in large, matrixed company environments.
- C-Level client relationship building and management experience.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- High energy level, decisiveness, and ability to work in demanding client environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
