We're seeking a strategic, execution-focused Director of Channel Partnerships to lead and expand our global partner ecosystem. This role develops and executes channel sales strategy, manages partner relationships, and drives revenue through indirect sales channels (resellers, alliances). Focus areas include government, corporate R&D, and academic sectors.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a global channel strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners.
- Co-developing business plans with partners, including sales goals, target markets.
- Building and managing a scalable partner program, including enablement, incentives.
- Delivering onboarding, training, and sales tools to ensure partner readiness.
- Working with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to align channel efforts.
- Tracking partner pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years channel sales, partnerships, or alliances.
- Demonstrated impact in at least two core segments (Government, Corporate R&D, Academic).
- Partner acquisition, enablement, and revenue generation in complex environments.
- Experience in SaaS, data/analytics platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen, contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
- Operational proficiency with CRM, PRM tools, and analytics.
