Full-Time Director of Conversational Interfaces

About the Role: We seek a visionary Director of Conversational Interfaces to lead ServiceNow's strategy for conversational AI and interface technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision and strategy for conversational interfaces aligned with ServiceNow’s mission and product portfolio.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features to maximize customer impact and business value.
• Identify emerging trends in conversational AI, voice technologies, and natural language interfaces.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams fostering a culture of innovation.
• Work with stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into product requirements.
• Build partnerships with external vendors and industry experts.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of conversational products.
• Partner with engineering teams to define scalable, reliable, and secure architecture.
• Oversee design and implementation of user-centric interfaces.
• Establish KPIs to track product performance, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously iterate conversational solutions based on data-driven insights.

Required Experience: 10+ years in product management, engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years leading teams in conversational AI.

Skills and Competencies: Strategic thinker, exceptional leadership skills, strong communication skills, proficiency in analyzing market trends.
