Full-Time Director of Conversational Interfaces

AI Experiences: We lead AI experiences across the enterprise (Search, Conversational Interfaces, Automation), helping DT developers build enterprise-grade products on the ServiceNow platform.

Role Overview: We seek a visionary Director of Conversational Interfaces to lead ServiceNow's strategy and execution for conversational AI and interface technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define vision and strategy for conversational interfaces.
2. Own product roadmap, prioritizing features for maximum impact.
3. Identify emerging trends in conversational AI, voice, and natural language.
4. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, sales, etc.) to gather insights.
6. Build partnerships with external vendors.
7. Drive end-to-end delivery of conversational products.
8. Partner with engineering on scalable, reliable, secure architecture.
9. Design user-centric conversational interfaces.
10. Establish KPIs for product performance, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.
11. Iterate and improve conversational solutions based on data.

Required Experience:

• 15+ years in product management/engineering.
• 3-5 years managing teams in conversational AI.
• Proven success delivering complex, customer-facing products.
• Strong technical background (AI/ML, APIs, platform development).
• Strategic thinking and roadmap creation.
• Strong leadership & team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Market trend analysis proficiency.

Compensation: $207,300 - $362,700 base pay, plus equity and benefits.
