Job PurposeWe are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for our Humanities portfolio (Wit & Wisdom, Arts & Letters, and Geodes). This role leads a team of product marketers, develops go-to-market plans, creates product positioning & messaging, develops marketing & sales enablement plans, and elevates market insights.
Responsibilities
- Team leadership: Lead & develop a team of product marketers; develop & implement go-to-market strategies; manage marketing budgets.
- Go-to-market strategy & product roadmap: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate product vision into a go-to-market strategy; partner with Market Research, Sales, & Success to capture customer insights; partner with product team on roadmap planning; interact with customers, sales reps, and curriculum specialists.
- Positioning & Messaging: Oversee the creation of a differentiated positioning & messaging; ensure messaging consistency; partner with Corporate Communications in building brand and thought-leadership campaigns.
- Sales & Customer Enablement: Develop the thought-leadership strategy for the humanities portfolio; oversee the creation of marketing materials (case studies, white papers); partner with demand generation & regional marketing teams; partner with customer marketing and success teams; oversee the development of sales tools and collateral.
