The Team: The Telecom and Media Outbound Product Management team is responsible for all outbound GTM and commercial aspects of the ServiceNow Telecom and Media portfolio. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, solution consulting, pricing strategy, operations, customer outcomes, product success, training, certification).
The Role: ServiceNow seeks a Director of Outbound Product Manager to drive customer adoption initiatives for Telecom and Media offerings. This role empowers customers to leverage ServiceNow's AI Platform. Focuses on ensuring customer feedback directly impacts product roadmap and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of Telecom and Media customers, use cases, obstacles, goals.
- Guide and support product adoption in high-impact accounts.
- Advocate for customer feedback (VoC) within product, engineering, and management teams.
- Guide early access programs for feedback and new product validation.
- Create technical enablement/adoption content highlighting product value.
- Conduct onboarding/enablement sessions to scale adoption.
- Manage community engagement and content creation for driving interest and success.
- Collaborate with industry experts, partners, and innovators to share ServiceNow's vision.
Qualifications:
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, strategic direction, or problem-solving.
- 15+ years of experience, 5+ in customer-facing roles (product management, technical consulting, presales, business development).
- 10+ years in the telecommunication industry.
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow products (hands-on).
- Experience launching and scaling emerging technologies.
- Strong accountability, influence, and execution skills.
- Action-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Proven customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (technical concepts).
