The Team:The Telecom and Media Outbound Product Management team manages all outbound GTM and commercial aspects of the ServiceNow Telecom and Media portfolio. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, solution consulting, pricing strategy, operations, customer outcomes, product success, training, and certification).
The Role:ServiceNow seeks a Director of Outbound Product Manager to lead customer adoption initiatives for Telecom and Media offerings. Focuses on empowering customers to utilize ServiceNow AI Platform for transformative solutions, ensuring customer input influences product roadmap and strategy.
Collaborates with customers and internal teams to drive adoption, align solutions with business priorities, and gather insights for future product development. A strategic, hands-on role with significant organizational impact.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop deep understanding of Telecom and Media customer needs, use cases, obstacles, and goals.
- Guide and support product adoption across high-impact accounts.
- Advocate for customer feedback (VoC) within product, engineering, and management teams.
- Guide early access programs for feedback and validation of new product capabilities.
- Create technical enablement and adoption content highlighting product value.
- Conduct onboarding and enablement sessions for customers and partners.
- Manage community engagement and create content driving interest and success.
- Collaborate with pundits, partners, and innovators to share ServiceNow's vision.
Requirements:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes.
- 15+ years total experience, including 5+ years in customer-facing roles (product management, technical consulting, presales, business development).
- 10+ years in telecommunication industry.
- Willingness to become product expert through hands-on demonstrations and configuration.
- Experience launching and scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments.
- Strong sense of accountability, influencing, guiding, and executing effectively.
- Action-oriented mindset for delivering impactful outcomes.
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical concept explanation.
