Procore is expanding its Partnerships team and seeks a creative and passionate Director, Partnerships, North America. This role manages Procore's partnership go-to-market strategy in North America. You'll build and execute the partnership strategy, leading a team of channel professionals to develop and manage existing and new partners. This high-visibility position reports directly to the GM, North America and can be based out of any US office or remotely within the US or Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own GTM relationship, motion, and managing partners within the region.
- Develop and execute the channel sales and service strategy & prioritization plan.
- Hunt and maximize partnerships in the construction industry, consulting agencies (like Deloitte), and cloud partners (AWS, Microsoft).
- Lead the North America partnership GTM team, including hiring, coaching, development, and performance management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Partners, and internal teams to drive new monetization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key channels and partners.
- Identify new partnership opportunities with resellers and service partners.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of channel/partnership experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Up to 50% travel within North America for client and partner meetings.
- Strong channel experience, leading and managing channel teams.
- Strong ties within the Americas channel community and positive reputation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence and drive others; vision creation and team coordination.
- Experience building a book of partners and partnerships.
- Rapid understanding of the construction technology ecosystem.
- High integrity, high energy, team player, commitment to excellence, immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cloud technologies and the construction industry.
Compensation: $188,692 - $259,452 base salary + commission (estimated on-target earnings: $269,560 - $370,645). Equity compensation is also available.
