- 2+ years managing a high-performing DQC team.
- Experience with indirect & direct sales strategies.
- Consistent track record of year-over-year success.
- Strong influencing, communication, & relationship-building skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing & executing sales initiatives.
- Fluent in German & English.
