SASE opportunity: We need a trusted cybersecurity partner to create a zero-trust-based security architecture.
District Sales Manager: Lead a field sales team to maximize business growth, develop & manage the team for revenue generation, and meet quotas.
Team Performance: Drive team performance and revenue growth with great energy, leadership, and initiative. Deep understanding of customer needs.
- Support team in prospect meetings.
- Analyze weekly territory pipeline and forecasting, and coach direct reports.
- Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and closing opportunities.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture with a focus on bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy.
- Mentor and develop team members. Ensure in-depth technical knowledge of our portfolio for holistic problem-solving.
- Drive and oversee team selling opportunities.
- Hold team and self accountable to challenging goals.
- Communicate with leaders at all levels.
- Effectively influence others through change management.
- Develop a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Experience Required: Experience with SaaS-based architectures, ideally in networking &/or security (SASE).
- Sales Leadership: Proven leader creating high-performing teams in a rapidly growing sales environment.
- Pipeline Management: Year-over-year track record of successful sales pipeline management and results.
- Execution Focus: Highly driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, an execution focus, and strong sense of urgency.
- Revenue Delivery: Consistent delivery of revenue numbers and goals with a focus on team development and growth.
- Client Escalations: Successfully manage significant client escalations and issues.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent influencing others, both internally and externally, communicate effectively and build consensus.
Team & Culture: Collaborate with large organizations for cyber security protection and team work environment.
Compensation: Compensation between $322,000 - $443,500/YR, based on qualifications and location, and possible inclusion of restricted stock units and bonus.
