Full-Time Drupal Architect / Team Lead

Evolving Web is seeking a Drupal Architect/Team Lead to be our in-house technical expert. You'll work closely with our development team to create quality websites and apps.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers.
• Architect technical solutions and create documentation.
• Advise and manage teams.
• Enhance internal design and development processes.
• Maintain ownership of project architecture.
• Explain technical concepts to clients.

• 5+ years of Drupal development and technical leadership.
• Knowledge of Drupal architecture and APIs.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise projects.
• Experience architecting large-scale solutions.
• Ability to maintain a high-level view of projects.
• Experience working with clients on pre-sales scoping and project estimation.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to train technical and non-technical teams.
• Active involvement in the Drupal community.
• Experience in PHP and Drupal development.
• Knowledge of core web technologies (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL), NPM, Webpack, Docker, DevOps, Gitlab CI/CD.
• Expertise in performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web application development.
• Experience in defining and leading quality assurance processes.
• Experience with project management tools like Redmine or JIRA.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
