Catbird is looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate to cover West Coast hours. This is a temporary, fully remote position open to applicants based in California.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm PST
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service via email, social media, and live chat.
- Navigate order management systems and Google documents.
- Learn the Catbird ‘voice’ and customer service culture.
- Provide styling and jewelry care advice.
- Brainstorm ways to enhance customer experiences.
- Clearly communicate policy and offer friendly assistance.
- Communicate with various teams to process and update orders.
- Provide issue resolutions efficiently.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ year of experience in E-commerce Customer Service
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer savvy
- Empathetic, genuine, and kind
- Experience with jewelry or luxury brands (plus)
- Experience using Kustomer (plus)
