Job Details
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Analyst to support our Engagement Marketing team. You’ll help execute and analyze email marketing campaigns and provide performance reporting. This is a contract role with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila. The engagement will run until December 2025, with the possibility of extension through January 2026.
Important Reminder: Contractor roles are paid hourly and engaged via the Upwork platform.
What you’ll be doing:
- Email Campaign Execution & Analysis: Assist in the development and execution of email marketing initiatives. Build, test, and deploy email campaigns. Track and report campaign performance on a weekly basis.
- Campaign Coordination & Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time. Support in-season campaigns and ad-hoc projects.
- Documentation & Process Support: Organize email campaign materials. Document campaign learnings and share key takeaways with the team.
- Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Engagement Marketing channels (email, social media, content, influencer marketing).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, especially in campaign proofing and QA.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote setup.
This is a contractual, home-based role requiring 8 hours of dedicated work daily, 5 days a week. Given the contractual nature, there will be no benefits. Paid overtime may be required.
If performance meets expectations, the contract will run until December 2025, with possible extension through January 2026 depending on business needs.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: USD 5.45
