We're building a browser that empowers and supports the amazing things people do online.
As a technical leader, you'll design and ship novel LLM-powered features, transforming goals into solutions for our team of ML and Product Engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, architect, and execute LLM-powered features.
- Support and mentor a talented team.
- Experiment with and integrate ML models.
- Collaborate with Design, Membership, Data, and Leadership.
- Improve engineering processes and architecture.
- Champion a product-minded approach, focusing on user impact.
- Deliver high-craft user experiences.
Timeline Expectations:
- 1 Month: Onboarding, collaborating, shipping code.
- 3 Months: Several AI-powered projects, understanding Dia's assistant.
- 6 Months: Product roadmap contributions, leading projects.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience building and leading high-craft software products.
- Hands-on LLM experience.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Experience solving ambiguous problems.
- Pragmatic, motivated by nebulous problems.
