Join a fast-paced, patient-centred telehealth team redefining healthcare delivery. We're looking for an Enrolled Nurse to join our Clinical Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key part in delivering compassionate, high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clinic teams and doctors to support seamless patient care
- Manage treatment letter requests
- Assist with escalations
- Patient follow-ups, risk assessments and rebookings
- Patient Support
- Supporting Doctors: triage Slack channels, monitor inboxes, and upload documents
- Provide patient-centred care under RN supervision
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Collaborate to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience
What We're Looking For:
- Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- Telehealth or virtual care experience is highly desirable
- Background in mental health or medicinal cannabis (preferred but not essential)
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great time management
- Attention to detail
- Empathetic communication
